Dear Suits, We Object.
Earlier this year, Fender used a German court ruling to claim ownership of a guitar shape whose patent expired back in 1968 — a shape that Leo Fender himself went on to build again for his next company. But that hasn't stopped Fender the corporation. They sent cease and desist letters to their smaller competitors and demanded massive fines.
This isn't a fight against counterfeiters, it's a war against competition.
We, the players, object.

S-Type Protest Stickers (Set of 10 Designs)
If you're fed up with the greed like I am, then these stickers are for you.
These stickers are a response to Fender's legal campaign against independent builders making S-type bodies.
I included ten different designs that are suitable for your Fender Strat headstock and body, for other S-type guitars, acoustics, and anything else you want to stick them on!
The stickers are high-quality, removable vinyl so you don't have to fret about your finish. They are definitely temporary. Hopefully, with enough pressure from the community, we'll be able to peel these protest pieces off one day soon and say mission accomplished. Until then, let 'em know you do not consent.
In case it wasn't clear, we are most definitely not affiliated with Fender Musical Instruments in any way, except as angry, disappointed, frustrated, motivated consumers. Peace.

About Us
We're designers for a living, and musicians for life. When we read about Fender debacle, we wanted to make something to give other musicians a voice, and a way to come together, to express our dissent about this kind of predatory behavior.
If you're as frustrated as we are with the situation, let the suits know you object.
Rock on.
